Vetrotex texturized and voluminized yarns are made by running E-Glass continuous filaments through an turbulence stream of compressed air.
Texturized yarns are produced by air jet texturizing of E-Glass continuous filaments. During the texturizing process, the stream of compressed air creates a turbulence causing the formation of loops by overfeeding individual filaments, which adds bulk to the strand.
ECO voluminized yarns are made of a continuous fiberglass strand or multiple strands which are drawn through an air-jet nozzle, creating continous bulk to the strands.
ECOS twisted voluminized yarns are made of ECO voluminized fiberglass yarns which are then twisted. They can be single or plied.
T10 | Glue/tenside /oil/silane based size system developed for air-jet texturizing and voluminizing process after strands drying at high temperature. All individual filaments are quantitatively divided through an air-jet process and this results in very quick wetting. The yarns are very well compatible with water based polymer systems, all types of resins and bitumen. |
K252 | K252 products are produced by blowing an air stream into a continuous fiberglass strand, while being delivered at a higher rate than being taken by the winding process. The Vetrotex texturizing effect is optimal fixed in order to allow beaming, weaving and finishing treatments. |
